At Kharaa, every handcrafted piece makes a small journey before it reaches you. From the hands of our artisans to our studio in Pune, and finally to your doorstep. We carefully pack and dispatch each order from here, and we’re always just a message away if you need any help along the way.

Shipping Charges

Within India

• Free shipping on orders above ₹2,500.
• A flat shipping charge of ₹150 applies to orders below ₹2,500.
  

Please note we do not ship internationally as yet. We hope to take Indian crafts to global wardrobes very soon.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All of our pieces are kept ready at our Pune studio, so once you place an order, we can usually get it packed and on its way to you without much waiting.

• Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days of receiving the order.
• Once dispatched, your order should reach you within 4–7 working days, depending on your location.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• We’ve partnered with iThink Logistics to help us with shipping and delivery, and safe delivery of your order.
• In the rare case of delay in pick up or delivery by the courier agency, we'll be here to assist you and follow up with them. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details on your registered email (check the spam folder too) so you can follow its journey to you.

If your tracking information hasn’t updated or your parcel seems delayed, please don’t worry. Just reach out to us on Whatsapp (+91 7841095366) or mail us at info@kharaa.co.in and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.

Address Changes

Need to change your delivery address? We’ll do our best to help.

Please contact us on Whatsapp (+91 7841095366) as soon as possible after placing your order with your order number and the updated address. We can make changes as long as your order has not yet been dispatched.

Once the order has been handed over to our shipping partner, iThink Logistics, we may not be able to change the delivery address. In such cases, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist with the available options.

To avoid any delays, we recommend checking your delivery details carefully before placing your order.

Festive Season Delivery Delays

During festive seasons, our shipping partners may experience higher volumes, which can occasionally lead to a delay in transit and delivery.

Our order processing and dispatch timelines remain the same, but your parcel may take a little longer to reach you once it has been shipped.

A Note on Handcrafted Pieces

Small variations in colour, weave, texture or print may occur in handcrafted textiles. These are natural characteristics of the craft and are part of what makes each piece unique.
